Adel S. Elmaghraby
Professor, University of Louisville, USA.
Research field: Intelligent Systems, Neural Networks, Cyber-Security, and Visualization and Simulation.
Professor Adel S. Elmaghraby is the Director of Industrial Research and Innovation and Winnia Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the Speed School of Engineering - University of Louisville. He has also held appointments at the Software Engineering Institute - Carnegie-Mellon University, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He advised over 60 master’s graduates and 36 doctoral graduates. His research contributions and consulting spans the areas of Cybersecurity, Intelligent Multimedia Systems, Neural Networks, Visualization, AI, and Simulation. His research applications include Smart Cities, Data Analytics, Medical Imaging, Bioinformatics, and Computer-Aided Diagnostics. He is a well-published author, a public speaker, member of editorial boards, and technical reviewer. He was recognized for his achievements by several professional organizations including a Golden Core Membership Award by the IEEE Computer Society at the 50Th anniversary celebration. Dr. Elmaghraby continued collaborations, mentoring, and scientific contributions have resulted in research funding, international collaboration, and published articles in many prestigious journals such as IEEE-TMI, Medical Physics, Journal of Neuroscience Methods, and Protein Engineering. He is the former President and lifetime member of the Association of Egyptian American Scholars.
Yen-Wei Chen
Professor, Ritsumeikan University, Japan.
Research field: Pattern Recognition and Image Processing.
Yen-Wei Chen (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree from Kobe University, Kobe, Japan, in 1985, the M.E. and D.E. degrees from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan, in 1987 and 1990, respectively. From 1991 to 1994, he was a Research Fellow with the Institute for Laser Technology, Osaka. From October 1994 to March 2004, he was an Associate Professor and a Professor with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of the Ryukyus, Okinawa, Japan. He is currently a Professor with the College of Information Science and Engineering, Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan. He is also a Visiting Professor with Zhejiang Lab, China, and the College of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. He has authored or coauthored more than 200 research papers in his research areas, which include pattern recognition, image processing, and machine learning. He is an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Image and Graphics (IJIG) and International Journal of Knowledge based and Intelligent Engineering Systems.

Dr. Murtaza Hasan has completed his PhD in in Biochemical Science from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2014 and Post Doctorate in 2016 under of funding of Peking University, Beijing, China. Dr. Murtaza Hasan has vast experience in Teaching and Research in different institute at national and international level. His research area is green synthesis of nanoparticles and their biomedical application, Synthesis of Nano-Biofertilizers and their impacts on crops, Surface coating of nanoparticles and harvesting key biomarker from cancer serum. Nano-Proteomics and Nano-biosensor. He has published more than 80 international publications with more than 300 impact factors. He has supervised 42 MS research student to be graduated from Biochemistry and Biotechnology Department. Currently, there are 5 PhD and 7 MS students are working under his supervision.
Nadeem Ahmad Ansari

Research field: Biochemical, Biophysical & Immunological Based Characterization of Glycated Proteins Biography.
Dr. Nadeem Ahmad Ansari studied biotechnology in his post-graduation from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Science & Technology, India and got first-hand exposure to the medical research ethos and environment during his dissertation work at Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, India. He received his PhD with specialization in Biochemistry from JN Medical College, AMU, India in 2009 for probing a novel glycated polypeptide as an early diagnostic biomarker for diabetes mellitus, which resulted in his first major research publication in ASHI Journal of Human Immunology, Elsevier and research paper presentation at an International Congress on Molecular Medicine in Turkey with travel grant awarded from DST, India. He is currently an Assistant Professor and Subject Incharge of Biotechnology Department in KMC Language University, India. Dr. Ansari is a member of American Peptide Society, besides many Societies of India and has been serving as an editorial board member of reputed Journals & as an Editor for an upcoming hardcover book on glycation.
Md Shafiqur Rahman Jabin

MD Shafiqur Rahman Jabin is an Assistant Professor in Public Health at the Faculty of Health Studies, University of Bradford. MD Shafiqur Rahman Jabin a highly-skilled Medical Engineer specialising in medical imaging devices and health information technology (HIT) systems. He is also skilled in Cognitive System Engineering, Root Cause Analysis of adverse healthcare events, Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, and various types of Systematic Reviews. He has 11 years of professional teaching experience in various dynamic education environments, including adult education, higher secondary school, and university. The university teaching includes several public health-related at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
